Delete Your Account — Hockey Manager

This page explains how to permanently delete your Hockey Manager account and the personal data associated with it. Deletion is free, immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete directly in the app (fastest)

Open Hockey Manager.
Go to the My Club tab.
Scroll to the bottom of your squad list.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm the warning, then type DELETE to finish.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to Support with the subject "Hockey Manager account deletion".

Send it from the email address you registered with and include your in-game nickname, so we can verify the account is yours. We process deletion requests within 30 days (usually much faster).

What is deleted, what is kept

Data	What happens
Nickname	Deleted permanently.
Email address	Deleted permanently.
Your link to your club	Deleted permanently. The club itself stays in the persistent game world as a computer-managed club under its original computer-generated name — with no personal data attached to it.
Match results and league history	Kept. These are part of the shared game world's historical record (league tables, results between clubs) and contain no personal data after deletion.

Good to know

Deletion is permanent — a deleted account and its club cannot be restored.
There is no partial deletion: the account data listed above is always removed together.
No data is retained for advertising or marketing — we never collected any for those purposes.
