This privacy policy describes how Hockey Manager ("the app", "we") collects, uses and protects your information when you play the game. Hockey Manager is an online ice hockey manager game in which you take over a club and compete against other managers in a persistent game world.

We do not collect your real name, physical address, phone number, payment details, precise location, contacts, photos, or any data from other apps on your device.
Your account and gameplay data are stored in a database on our game servers. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted to the operation of the game.
Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. The game world is persistent, so match results and league history remain part of the shared world record.
You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing Support from the address you registered with. We will delete your nickname, email address and the link between you and your club. Your former club remains in the game world as a computer-managed club, with no personal data attached to it.
Hockey Manager is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email Support.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
